Full Written Update: Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 11/1/2024 Episode Start with Ishan tells Savi that he wants to tell her something and says that what happened to his family is real… The nurse tells the doctor that the patient is still alive. They all ran towards Harini. The nurse said that Harini coughed a minute ago. Savi tries to wake him up. Ishan remembers everything that happened recently with Chavans. The doctor looked at Harini and said that she is actually alive without brain damage. The nurse said she had no heart attack when she was brought here. Savi asks the doctor to save her sister. The doctor referred Harini to the intensive care unit and checked her. Savi asks him how his sister is. The doctor said he had a severe head injury and was in a coma. Savi asks him to save her somehow. The doctor said that his condition was critical and his chances of survival were not very bad. Savi cries and asks Ishan why did Bappa pull his family away.
Ishan thinks he should tell Savi that he is the one who committed the crime and not Samrudh.
