Pradyumna enters the kitchen and goes to Kaashvi. He told her that he will not let anything happen to him. Arjun asks Devansh why the doctor has not come. Devansh calls the doctor and gives the phone to Arjun. Arjun talks to the doctor about Kaashvi and Meera’s health condition. The doctor tells Arjun that he is on his way, but he only has one of his vaccines.
Arjun asks the doctor to come and give this medicine to Kaashvi. He took Meera and told Mahendra that he was taking Meera to the hospital. Kaashvi feels bad seeing this. She thinks Arjun is only thinking about Meera and lost his mind. The doctor arrived. Pradyumna asks the doctor to save Kaashvi. At the hospital, Arjun tells the doctor everything. The doctor told him not to worry. Arjun prays to God for Meera and her child.
Later, Kaashvi regained consciousness. He found out that she was in the hospital. Pradyumna tells her that he took her to the hospital on doctor’s order. He asked her about her son. She told him that her son is fine. She thanked him for saving her son. He tells her that he has saved many lives and that he is proud of it. He tells her to relax and leaves the place.
Meanwhile, Meera learns that her child is fine and Kaashvi is in ward number 10. He goes to Kaashvi’s room and asks Kaashvi if the latter is fine. Kaashvi agrees to Meera. A nurse sent Meera from there. Kaashvi learns that Meera is pregnant. He misunderstands that Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child.
After some time, Kaashvi asks Arjun what he is doing there. Arjun tells Kaashvi that he is thinking about her and her child. He told her that he didn’t want to know about it in the morning. He realizes that Kaashvi doesn’t know that he asked the doctor to give him an antidote. She tells him that she saw him choosing Meera over her. He says that he knows that
Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child. He was surprised to hear this. He tells her that he left her there to die. He asks her to stop playing with her feelings. She says she wants to know what Arjun will do if she is pregnant with his child. He feels that he cannot leave Meera, so it is good that Kaashvi hates him. He told her that he was right. He says that he loves Meera and the baby, that’s why he saved them. He wishes her the best for her future. He asked her to leave the place. He looks at her and walks away (theme song plays in the background). Pradyumna sees Kaashvi crying. She feels that Arjun does not deserve Kaashvi.
Meera asks Arjun if he met Kaashvi. Arjun lies to her that he has not met Kaashvi. He thinks that Meera doesn’t know that her father divorced her to marry her. Pradyumna takes Kaashvi home. Kaashvi is happy to see his family again. He thanks Pradyumna for taking his family there. Dadi sees Pradyumna taking care of Kaashvi. He asks Pradyumna and Kaashvi to get married.
