Suman prays for divine assistance, then notices the royal catering staff entering the kitchen in their shoes. Geethanjali comments that listening to Teerth and taking Suman’s order may lead to trouble. Suman confronts the catering team, insisting they remove their shoes, explaining that the kitchen is sacred, like Annapoorna’s place. Impressed, Geethanjali supports her stance. Suman emphasizes that the dirt from their shoes could contaminate the food. Devika mocks Suman for her broken slippers, claiming they aren’t fit for her kitchen, while Rishi reflects on how Suman neglects her own needs while caring for others. Devika dismisses Suman, referring to her as “trashy aunty,” which angers Malini, though Suman advises her to ignore Devika’s taunts.
As tensions rise, Suman asks the catering staff to organize their area, but they refuse to accommodate her. Malini complains about their behavior, while Devika instructs Akhil, Ridhi, and Kritika to keep a close eye on Suman, who excels at cooking. Akhil agrees, recalling how good her chaat was even when he was intoxicated. Devika is determined to prevent Suman from winning the cooking task, revealing her personal vendetta after Suman slapped her brother. The others agree to her plan, and Kritika questions Suman’s cooking skills, to which Suman responds that she treats all customers as gods and is committed to fairness in her cooking.
Kritika asks Boomi to prepare tea, as it’s part of their catering order. Suman encourages her to do so while keeping an eye on the others. She notices Reeva distracted by her mobile and takes it away, urging her to focus on her studies. Just then, Gupta arrives, expressing dismay that Chandrakant would give a catering order to Suman, who had previously jailed his daughter. Teerth realizes Devika’s influence is stronger than he thought. Devika pretends to reprimand Kritika for informing her father and vows to teach Suman a lesson. Chandrakant manages to placate Gupta and leads him inside.
Teerth senses Devika’s scheming and resolves to assist Suman. Meanwhile, Devika hides a coin in the roti flour, raising Suman’s suspicions. Suman complains that Devika didn’t add sugar to the coffee, to which Malini replies that Devika’s bitterness affects her taste. Devika tells them to focus on their tasks before leaving. Boomi inadvertently places the roti in the microwave without noticing the coin. As the microwave overheats, Reeva searches for her mobile, suspecting her mom has hidden it in the kitchen. Just then, Teerth arrives to catch Suman before she falls.
