Sanjay is furious with Kaveri for offering a job to Abhira. Kajal reminds Sanjay that the firm belongs to Kaveri, and she has the right to make decisions. Sanjay, still upset, questions if he’s being undermined while running the firm. Arman steps in, asking if Sanjay is afraid that Abhira will take the firm to greater heights. The two argue, and Sanjay insists that Arman consider why Kaveri made the sudden decision to offer Abhira a job. He doubts Kaveri’s change of heart, leaving Arman to ponder about Abhira and Kaveri’s motives.
Meanwhile, Manish decides to bring Ruhi and Abhira for the post-wedding ritual, with Swarna and Surekha supporting his decision. Ruhi, however, is more focused on Abhira’s job offer. She urges Abhira to take the job, but Abhira questions why Ruhi is so concerned. Ruhi insists she understands the importance of work and advises Abhira to take the offer seriously, though Abhira is hesitant.
Manish grows restless and plans to visit the Poddar house. Ruhi informs him about Kaveri’s job offer to Abhira, but Abhira tells him she hasn’t decided yet. Swarna tries to reassure them by suggesting a visit, but Ruhi and Abhira quickly discourage it. Manish becomes suspicious when he realizes the two are hiding something.
Elsewhere, Vidya confronts Kaveri about offering a job to Abhira. Meanwhile, Abhira starts to consider accepting the offer. Arman asks her about her decision, and Abhira is torn. She worries that accepting the job will upset Vidya, but rejecting it might anger Kaveri. Arman reassures her that whatever she chooses, he will support her.
Vidya continues to pressure Kaveri for answers. Kaveri confesses that she offered the job to Abhira because she fears that once Abhira becomes successful, she might take Arman away from the firm. She admits she misjudged Abhira’s potential, recognizing how capable she is. Vidya, however, insists that Rohit is the rightful heir to run the firm. Kaveri disagrees, arguing that Rohit can’t handle the firm’s complex cases and that Sanjay is more focused on building his own career. Kaveri shocks everyone by stating she wants someone who can carry the Poddar legacy forward.
Later, Abhira learns that Manisha is preparing food for her and discusses the job offer with Kiara and Charu. They encourage her to accept the offer, while Manisha advises them to focus on building their own careers. Vidya, on the other hand, continues to avoid Arman, lost in thought over the implications of Abhira’s potential success. Rohit, noticing the tension, sides with Arman, offering him support amidst the unfolding family drama.
