Jhanak breaks down in tears as she learns about Aniruddha’s condition, devastated by the news that he may need heart surgery. Overwhelmed with emotion, she can barely contain her sorrow. Shubho and Tanuja, concerned about the fragile relationship between Arshi and Aniruddha, advise Srishti to handle the situation delicately to avoid further complications. Chhoton reveals the severity of Aniruddha’s condition—he’s now on life support. Shocked, Shubho is left speechless, while Ajanta grows furious at Shubho and Tanuja’s negligence.
Tanuja and Srishti are stunned, having never imagined that their son was in such dire pain. The news of Aniruddha’s critical condition, given his history of good health, leaves everyone in disbelief. Ajanta’s anger intensifies, especially towards Tanuja, who had previously dismissed the seriousness of Aniruddha’s illness. The family rushes to the hospital, but when Ajanta mentions Jhanak’s name, both Tanuja and Shubho are enraged, refusing to even hear her name. They continue to blame Jhanak for the disaster that has befallen them. After Tanuja and Shubho leave, Ajanta and Aniruddha’s grandparents pray fervently for his recovery, distressed by Tanuja and Shubho’s lack of cooperation.
Ajanta reflects on the family’s shortcomings, feeling that Aniruddha never received the support he needed from his wife, despite her claims of love. She is deeply troubled by Srishti and Arshi’s indifferent behavior. Subha’s father explains that Aniruddha’s suffering is a consequence of Subha’s past actions, where he betrayed and wronged many people, and now his son is paying the price.
Desperate, Jhanak runs to the temple to offer prayers for her husband’s recovery. She pleads with the priest to conduct a special puja for Aniruddha’s life. Initially, the priest refuses, saying it is not the right time, but after seeing Jhanak’s despair, he finally agrees. A kind stranger helps Jhanak gather the items needed for the ritual. Onlookers are moved by her relentless devotion, as she prepares to perform the puja with all her heart, expressing her deep love for Aniruddha.
In the temple, Jhanak dances and sings, imagining that she is dancing with Aniruddha, recalling all the precious memories they shared. Overcome with emotion, she faints after dancing for a long time. Concerned devotees rush to her side, trying to revive her.
Meanwhile, Tanuja and Shubho arrive at the hospital and question Chhoton about how Aniruddha’s condition deteriorated so rapidly. Chhoton, furious with their negligence, lashes out at them. Aditya also arrives, adding to their shame by reprimanding Shubho’s parents for their carelessness.
