Rannvijay, coughing and struggling to breathe, asks Vaiju to fetch him some water. He wonders why he feels confused instead of peaceful, knowing he is returning to Jaya after ending everything. As he contemplates this, a scorpion crawls out from under the bed, inching towards his feet. Suddenly, it bites him, and Rannvijay screams in pain. At the same time, Jaya feels a deep sense of danger surrounding Rannvijay and frantically calls Vasundhara and Rao Saheb, crying that something is terribly wrong with him. Vaiju, noticing the scorpion bite, rushes to help.
Vaiju tries to keep Rannvijay awake, urging him not to close his eyes and promising to save him. She ties a cloth around the area where he was bitten, attempting to slow the spread of the venom. Rannvijay gasps for air, struggling to breathe, as Vaiju offers to call the doctor. However, Rannvijay pleads with her to stay by his side. Vaiju reassures him, saying she trusts the power of her vermillion and asks if he trusts her in return. She begs him to stay conscious, while Rannvijay, in his mind, wonders if this is how he will die and feels remorse for not being able to tell Jaya the truth—that he never betrayed her.
Rannvijay eventually loses consciousness, and Vaiju rushes to get help. Meanwhile, at home, Jaya becomes increasingly panicked, sensing that Rannvijay is slipping away from her. She imagines him bidding her farewell and apologizing. Vasundhara tries to comfort her, but Jaya insists it didn’t feel like a dream—it felt like reality. Sulekha agrees, saying that dreams often reflect reality. Vaiju informs Aaji about the scorpion bite, declaring that she will go to the hospital for help. Milind tries to calm her down, while Kailash grimly remarks that no one survives a scorpion bite, dismissing the idea of a miracle.
Kailash coldly declares that Rannvijay is doomed and can’t be taken to the hospital in time. Enraged, Vaiju grabs a sickle and threatens Kailash for his harsh words. Milind intervenes, calming Vaiju and telling her to tend to Rannvijay while he arranges transportation to the hospital. Ragini attempts to call Rannvijay, but his phone is off, intensifying Jaya’s distress. Milind soon returns with a vehicle, ready to take Rannvijay to the hospital. Jaya, desperate for news, wishes Rannvijay would turn on his phone and reassure her that he is okay.
At the hospital, a nurse informs them that only one person can accompany Rannvijay into the emergency room. Milind steps up, saying he is used to handling such situations, while Kailash urges Vaiju to give up hope and contact Rannvijay’s family. Aaji tries to console Vaiju, assuring her that Rannvijay will be fine. The doctor, however, delivers grim news—Rannvijay’s condition is critical, with both his pulse and heartbeat dangerously low. Overhearing this, Vaiju is overcome with emotion and rushes out, crying.
Back home, Jaya prays fervently for Rannvijay’s recovery. Joshiji, noticing her distress, tells Jaya that Rannvijay had mentioned he was leaving for personal matters, not work, which shocks her, as there are no clients in Pune. In the hospital, Rannvijay fights for his life, while Jaya is left in tears, grappling with the weight of his lies.
