Today’s Content: Imlie 12th August 2023 Written Update Episode starts with…Anu wakes up and Devika tells him to rest. Anu pretends he can’t face them after all the bad things. Imlie introduces Rana and Tapan and says they can organize a puja to welcome him. Imlie goes to hang the evil eye chain near the door and struggles to reach there. Arto hugs him and he is embarrassed. He mocks her saying that she is fat. Shivani and Devika also come to taunt them. Imlie fires Arto and asks Kia to make Tapan wear the shirt she bought him for the puja. Kia pretends to wear an angry shirt. Akash asks her not to abuse Tapan else the latter might expose them in front of Rana. He offers chocolate to Tapan and the latter eats it and damages his shirt.
Kia repeated that she needed to change clothes. He warned him not to tell anyone that he used to be on the road. Anu helps in decorating the house and angrily says that she is not a decorator. He is shocked to see Imlie and apologizes for reacting like that. Imlie calls the NGO team inside and says that they will give Anu a house in their NGO until the problem is solved. They have helped many women before. Anu leaves and later during the puja, Imlie sees an evil eye about to fall. He goes to fix it, and Ginni learns that Anu has run away from the NGO. Imlie falls and is about to fall but Anu stops her from falling. Arto was angry with Anu and thought that he would try to overthrow Imlie.
He asks Anu to leave him. Anu says the stool is moving and he only saved Imlie. He said he ran away from the NGO but ten women were using the same toilet. He was not used to it. He is about to leave but Devika stops him. He says that he helped Imlie, so it is their duty to give her a house. Imlie also agrees to help her and hopes that Anu will not do anything wrong this time. Imlie shares her concern with Arto that Anu is starting to plot against her family and takes the problem personally.
Arto tells him to relax and they will solve all problems together. Imlie wakes up with a headache. Arto said that he will leave for work and until then if he will be without her. He said he would wait for her. He recites poetry to her, she laughs to hear the funny lines. He tries to go to the temple but feels tired. He told her to rest. She calls this picture as her mother, which makes Imlie a suspect because she doesn’t call Kia her mother. Anu came to feed Kairi and Tapan kheer. Imlie stops it and Anu eats it herself to prove that she didn’t do it. He feeds them kheer and Imlie eats it. Imlie runs back again.
