Full Written Update: Anupama 23/4/2024 Episode Start with Anupama sees Aadya broken. He helps Aadya. Leela is angry with Kinjal and Paritosh for not going back to India with them. He accuses Vanraj that he will come back soon. Vanraj accuses Anupama of putting Anuj and Aadya first instead of worrying about Paritosh and Kinjal. Hasmuk supports Anupama. Pakhi feels bad for Aadya and Pari.
Kavya says Anuj and Shruti’s marriage has been cancelled. Vanraj says Anupama will not let Anuj marry Shruti. He added that Anupama keeps catching rich people. Vanraj says that Anupama tried flirting with Yashdeep but failed. Kavya says that only Vanraj can feel cheap about Anupama. Vanraj says he knows Anupama well. Hasmuk says no one knows Anupama better than him. He asks Shahs to pray for Shruti.
Anupama helps Aadya. Anuj wonders if he will lose Shruti or Aadya. Anupama asks Anuj to be strong. He assures that nothing will happen to Aadya or Shruti.
Anupama returns home. Kinjal asks about Aadya and Shruti. Anupama tells Aadya, that Shruti is not well. Kinjal tells Anupama to rest. Anupama refuses to stay with Kinjal because of Paritosh. He decided to leave the place soon.
Paritosh and Kinjal argue because of Anupama. Vanraj thinks about Titu and Dimple. Hasmuk and Leela are worried about Anupama. Vanraj got a call.
Anupama faints while sleeping. Vanraj is worried about everyone’s reaction after hearing about the visitor. Kavya faces Vanraj. Vanraj asks Kavya not to use her brain; instead, he should focus on welcoming guests. Kavya thinks who is coming. Vanraj introduces Prateek to the Shahs. He introduces Dimple to Prateek.
