Megha stabs Anupama. Mega was surprised. Adhya and Anuj call Anupama. Anupama closed her eyes leaving everyone shivering. Hasmuk asks to call an ambulance. Paritosh said the ambulance will take time. Megha asks Adhya not to leave her. Naren shouts at Megha. He calls him a criminal. Naren is proud of Anupama for saving Adhya. He asks Megha to pray for Anupama’s safety, otherwise she will lose her husband.
Anuj tells Anupama to wake up. Adhya tells Anupama not to leave her. He decided to show her his love. Anuj says that Anupama won many battles and nothing can happen.
