Full Written Update: Anupama 3/4/2025 Episode Start with Vidya wonders if she can overcome Shivani’s tragedy. Vidya is consoled by Abhira when Madhav breaks down. Aryan, overcome with grief, declares that Shivani has left them and inquires as to whether Rohit and Arman will also pass away. Abhira becomes enraged at Aryan, but she quickly realizes she was harsh and offers an apology. She assures him that Arman and Rohit will not be harmed. She decides to meet Shivani out of determination. The Poddars are informed by the doctor that Rohit and Arman are not stable.
Vidya makes the decision to transfer them to a different hospital because she believes the current medical staff failed to save Shivani and is concerned that they will also fail to save Arman and Rohit. She becomes determined to save Arman and Rohit and laments that she was unable to assist Shivani. Vidya attempts to reason with Abhira. Abhir comforts Charu by telling her that Arman and Rohit are fighters elsewhere. Manish hears from distraught Kaveri that he has been through numerous tragedies. She inquires if he can anticipate danger. Kaveri is encouraged to maintain her strength by Manish because it is sometimes necessary to become the family’s rock.
Kaveri is shaken, despite what he said. Abhira breaks down when she meets Shivani and wonders why she left them. She asks Shivani how she could face Arman after this loss. When Abhira’s screams are overheard, Ruhi learns that Shivani has died. Overcome with grief, Abhira breaks down in front of Ruhi. Manisha tries to stop Swarna from telling Ruhi and Abhira anything more. Swarna, on the other hand, is confronted by Ruhi and Abhira, who demand to know what she is hiding. When Ruhi finds out that Rohit and Arman are fighting for their lives, she is devastated. Swarna encourages Ruhi and Abhira to meet them right away.
Abhira, on the other hand, is determined to wait until Rohit and Arman recover. They are warned by Swarna that if they do not go now, they may never get another chance. Abhira and Ruhi receive advice from Manisha to take care of themselves. Abhira and Ruhi are concerned about Rohit and Arman’s health. Vidya declines Kajal’s request to visit Rohit and Arman, stating that she will only meet them once they recover. Abhira and Ruhi are informed by the nurse that they can now meet their husbands. Manisha, on the other hand, observes that both women are shaking and wonders how they will deal with the emotional weight of the situation. She brings up the fact that Ruhi is pregnant, which makes the situation even more difficult for both her and the child.
Kaveri comes in and asks everybody to stop talking about the baby. She then confronts Abhira and Ruhi and inquires about their plans in the event that Rohit and Arman do not survive. She wonders how Abhira will care for her newborn on her own in the event that Arman dies. She asks Ruhi, turning to her, how she will cope on her own if Rohit leaves her. Ruhi and Abhira are left stunned. They are urged by Kaveri to face the facts and reevaluate their decision to have children. Ruhi and Abhira are speechless.
