Today’s Content: Chashni 22nd April 2023 Written Update Episode starts with Chandni denies taking Sanjot’s expensive lehenga. She said she wanted to wear her mother’s wedding lehenga instead. He says that even Raunaq likes simplicity and asks him questions. He does not like to accept. Sumer said it was their family ceremony that the bride wore the lehenga they gave. Sanjot also asks her to take the lehenga. Sumer asks the Chopras to rest and asks Roshni if all arrangements have been made. Raunaq says he invited his special friend to the festival, Roshni smiles while Chandni is worried about the same. The staff tells Roshni that Sumer wants to bring her a special guest. Roshni starts talking to her family, but they say that here she has grown up and they don’t want her anymore. They are here only because of Chandni and to bless her.

Raunaq challenges Chandni that soon Sumer will expel her personally or else she will change her name. Chandni is shocked and sees Tarun in the party. Tarun starts insulting Chandni’s behavior.
She says that Chandni was always there while she was learning the job and eventually took her job. He says that he cheated on their eldest son Manav and ruined his marriage. Sanjot asks Sumer what all the drama is about. Sumer goes and silences Tarun. Tarun still tries to kill Chandni and gets sleep from Sumer. Nani and Dadi said that this is how a man who abuses a woman should be treated. Sanjot asks Chandni if she doesn’t respect herself and why is she listening calmly to all the accusations. Chandni says she has enough respect for herself and everything Tarun said is wrong. He said that he allowed her to say whatever she wanted so that she didn’t talk to him while he was talking.
Chandni reminds Tarun of how she has been harassing him ever since he joined the fire station. He reminds her that she has a daughter of her own and how she would feel if she was respected like that. He said that it will not affect him because he considers the woman to be weak, but it is not the same old age that girls can fight. He tells how Tarun suspended and fired him, so he vents his frustration on Chandni. Sumer chases him away. Chandni apologizes to Sumer and thanks her for trusting her. Sumer says that he has realized that he hates bad behavior and will not do anything bad. Raunaq and Roshni feel defeated by the failure of their plan. The episode ends with Sumer saying to continue the engagement.
