Lavanya and the family rush to see Prithvi, only to be shocked by the sight of his bloodied state. Ashu receives a call from Deepika, who informs Lavanya that Prithvi is in the ICU. Deepika reveals to Ashu that Prithvi has attempted suicide by cutting his wrists and urges everyone to come to the hospital immediately.
Meanwhile, Sobha is deeply worried about Janvi, fearing that Mrs. Mittal might have her sent to jail. At the hospital, Chirag sits by Prithvi’s side, overwhelmed with emotion as he cries for his brother. Deepika tries to console him, but Chirag is distraught, telling her that Prithvi never makes a decision without consulting him. Deepika reassures him, promising that things will be alright once Prithvi regains consciousness. Chirag vows to fulfill every one of Prithvi’s wishes.
As Omkar and the others arrive, panic sets in when they hear that Prithvi remains unconscious. Lavanya desperately wants to see her son, but the doctor prevents her from entering the ICU. Deepika confronts the doctor, insisting that no one can keep a mother from her child. Lavanya, defiant, tells the doctor that nothing will stop her. Soon, the nurse informs Chirag that Prithvi has regained consciousness.
Lavanya breaks down upon seeing Prithvi’s fragile state. Prithvi, barely able to speak, starts murmuring about Janvi, saying no one should stop her from being with him. Janvi, terrified of what Prithvi might reveal, enters the room. Prithvi tells her he’s glad she’s alive, and Janvi tries to reassure him, begging him not to say anything to their mother.
Lavanya, sensing something is amiss, questions Prithvi about what Janvi told him to do. Growing increasingly angry, Lavanya blames Janvi for knowing about Prithvi’s suicidal thoughts. Janvi, overwhelmed, admits it’s her fault and breaks down, saying she had received a call from Prithvi when he threatened to end his life. As she sobs, Lavanya reprimands Prithvi, asking why he gave up so easily.
Chirag confronts Prithvi, calling him selfish for not considering the impact his actions would have on the family. Everyone chides Prithvi for taking such a cowardly path. Outside the room, Janvi creates a scene, breaking down in tears. Deepika intervenes, telling Janvi she doesn’t want to hear any more talk of dying. Janvi, distraught, declares that she cannot live without Prithvi and wants to die herself. Deepika calms her down and promises to support her, assuring her that she’ll convince the family to accept their love.
Despite Chirag’s objections, Deepika remains resolute, determined not to let her sister suffer. Ashu also expresses concern over Prithvi’s condition. Deepika makes a heartfelt plea to Lavanya, asking her to accept Prithvi and Janvi’s relationship. Payal and Saloni join in, urging Lavanya to give them her blessing. Finally, Chirag turns to his mother, asking her to honor Prithvi’s wish and accept his love for Janvi.
