Frustrated, Chirag says he hopes Chandu will tell DM that he wants to stay with her father, who will give him everything Deepika never did. This panics Deepika, and she starts coughing. Meanwhile, Lavanya enjoys playing games with Ragini and Chandu.
Prithvi finds out that Janvi got a job in London and tells her not to go. However, Janvi maintains that she is not required to remain. Deepika is carried in Chirag’s arms after he tells Lavanya to open the storeroom door. When Mishka tries to approach Deepika, Chirag pushes her away.
At the hospital, the doctors stabilize Deepika, and she is no longer in danger. Chirag asks about her condition, and the doctor reveals that she has a heart failure issue that has been ongoing for five years. Ragini and Chandu are reassured by Chirag that their mother will be fine. Baldev tells Chirag later that Deepika has had this issue ever since she gave birth. Chirag is shocked when Baldev explains that Siddhant is actually Deepika’s brother and that he is blaming Siddhant for Deepika’s neglect.
Omkar then explains that Deepika’s husband abandoned her and the children, urging Chirag to reflect on his past mistakes.
Meanwhile, Mishka, in a fit of paranoia, destroys things in her house and hatches a plan to kill Deepika, Ragini, and Chandu. She hires a rogue to carry out the attack, which is aimed at Deepika’s daughter specifically. Chirag recalls Chandu’s constant request that he visit her mother for a checkup. Sitting beside Deepika, he gently tells her to rest and assures her that everything is fine. Ragini and Chandu visit

Janvi is persuaded to stay by Prithvi, who tells her that everyone cares about her. Meanwhile, Mishka, disguised as a nurse, sneaks into Deepika’s hospital room and injects something into her IV. Mishka’s tampering with the saline is noticed by Ragini, who immediately calls Chirag. Alarmed, she tells him that the “aunty” did something to her mother’s IV. When Chirag rushes to check on Deepika, he discovers that she is stable. He waits by her side, watching over her as she rests.
