Kalyani receives a call from the shelter home informing her that they have arranged a room and she can bring the woman there. Ganga, agreeing to go wherever Kalyani wants, makes a heartfelt request not to amend the situation. Ritika accuses Ganga of wanting more money to leave the house, but Ganga insists she has no interest in money. Meanwhile, Amma ji accidentally takes the wrong medicine because Kalyani missed giving her the proper dosage. Ganga hears Amma ji collapse and rushes to help her, learning that Amma ji took the wrong medication. She tries to make Amma ji vomit the medicine, but fails, worsening Amma ji’s condition.
Hema, urging Akshay to leave immediately, reminds him they are running late for the train. At the same time, Mama receives crucial information from the corporation and asks his informer to send proof. Akshay tells Ritu that she pushed him into marriage, and now he is leaving with his mother. Ritu tries to go with him, but Lalita stops her. Confused, Akshay asks Ritu why she insists on joining him. Meanwhile, Ritika expresses joy to Kalyani over Ganga’s departure from the house. Kalyani suddenly remembers she forgot to give Amma ji her medication and hears that Amma ji has fallen ill. Panicking, Kalyani rushes to find Amma ji lying in bed. Ganga explains that Amma ji took the wrong medicine. Ganga tries to induce vomiting but is unsuccessful. Abhay reassures Kalyani that Amma ji didn’t actually consume the medication and that she will be fine.
Lalita confronts Hema, blackmailing her, claiming she knows Hema stole Kalyani Kashyap’s son. Hema denies the accusation and insists that she is heading to Vaishnodevi. Lalita threatens to go to the police if Hema leaves for the station.
Later, Abhay informs Kalyani that Amma ji is recovering and asks her to get some fresh orange juice for her. Kalyani and Ritika head to fetch the juice. Abhay decides it’s time to reveal the truth to his mother about Sakshi. He tells Kalyani that he arranged for Sakshi to meet her because he’s in love with her. Kalyani is furious with Abhay, as she disapproves of love marriages. Abhay tries to explain that he was only expressing his feelings for Sakshi, but Kalyani is livid.
