Sai hurried to him and asked him what happened. Satya says she is calling him for long, what is she doing. Sai says she is making him a smoothie. Savi comes in and says that she will be Satya’s assistant from now on and she can call him for help. Satya says fine and sorry. Amba comes to him worried and asks what happened to him. Satya gets frustrated and shouts at him to stop now. Sai consoles Amba and says Satya is depressed now, they should take it easy and get patient treatment. Amba says that Sai spoke the truth, that she will do everything to make her son well and asks Sai to promise her that she and Satya will stay together and see that he gets back on his feet.
Sai promised her. Sai heard the doorbell and opened the door. Vinu and Virat come in and say that it is Dr. Vinayak came to treat Dr. Satya, Dr. Satya needs his help. Sai takes Vinu and Virat to Satya’s room. Virat asks Satya how he is. Satya says she is still running and asks how can she stay in that situation. Virat returns home. Ashwini gives her tea and asks about Satya. Virat says he doesn’t know. Ashwini expresses her concern for Satya and says that he will recover soon. Bhavani shouts why is she worried about Satya, as if Virat’s life will get better if Satya gets better.
Ashwini thinks how to explain to him that Virat’s life will be better if Satya recovers. Vinu goes to Virat and says that he has a school assignment where he has to go to the hospital and prepare a report, so he will get Sai’s help. Virat says Sai is busy taking care of Satya, so he will take him to the hospital. Ninad notices that Ashwini is lost in thought while cooking and asks why. Ashwini reveals that she forced Sai to marry Satya and tells her that unless she gets married, Virat cannot move on and be happy.
Ninad asks how can she do this as a mother. Ashwini says that she predicted that Virat will face problems whenever he parted ways with Sai. Ninad asks him to tell her the reason. Ashwini says she knows that Sai will complete his work with Virat and he will leave, she doesn’t know when Sai and Virat will choose their happiness over their responsibilities. Ninad asks him to listen carefully and understand that Virat and Sai cannot come together again.
Sai remembers Virat’s frustration earlier and thinks now that he understands that Pakhi is pressuring him and he feels the same about Satya. The next morning, Sai helps Satya to exercise. Satya apologizes for being rude yesterday. Sai asks her to forget about it and focus on her medicine and exercise and focus on her recovery soon. Satya says he will do it if he is with her.
