Rajat reflects on how Savi brought clarity back into his life by confirming through the DNA test that Sai is indeed his daughter. Filled with gratitude, he struggles with how to express it. He rehearses his thanks in front of the mirror, unsure of the right words. While he is still contemplating, Savi enters the room. Rajat hesitates, still uncertain of how to approach her.
Rajat finally gathers the courage to speak, telling Savi he wants to thank her. However, Savi coldly responds that she doesn’t need gratitude from someone so insensitive, someone who needed a report to believe that Sai is his daughter. She accuses him of feeling victorious as though he’s “won” the situation. Rajat tries to explain, saying Harsh had told him Sai wasn’t his daughter. Savi angrily questions how he could so easily believe Harsh over his own instincts, wondering if his heart ever truly sought the truth. She berates him for letting his ego overshadow the pain he caused Sai with his doubts. Savi points out that the ongoing feud between Rajat and Harsh is taking a toll on Sai, and when Rajat tries to stop her, saying he only wanted to thank her, Savi dismisses him. She says everything she did was for Sai’s happiness, not his gratitude. What she wants most is Sai’s smile, and Rajat has nothing to offer her. Frustrated, Rajat asks her to stop lecturing him, but Savi calls him selfish, telling him to keep both his apologies and his thanks. She then leaves, leaving Rajat in silence.
Meanwhile, Chitra asks Ashika to put on a show of affection for her children in front of the camera. Ashika, offended, retorts that she genuinely loves her kids and doesn’t need Chitra’s sarcastic remarks. An argument ensues between them until Harsh steps in to diffuse the tension. He reminds them of their shared objective and reassures Ashika that he knows she loves her children, asking her to show that love during the interview. He also warns Chitra to stay out of things.
The interview begins with Chitra offering a glowing introduction to Ashika as a mother. She then brings up Ashika’s recent loss of custody of her daughter, expressing sympathy. Just as Ashika is about to respond, Bhagyasree and Lucky burst in, interrupting the interview. Bhagyasree mocks Ashika, and Harsh, furious, demands to know how they dared to enter his home, threatening to call the police if they don’t leave. Bhagyasree retorts, saying she’s only there to witness how Ashika pretends to be a loving mother. Ashika tries to get Chitra to stop filming, but Bhagyasree orders Lucky to keep the camera rolling, and he complies.
On camera, Bhagyasree taunts Ashika, accusing her of ruining everything by falsely claiming that Rajat is not Sai’s father. Harsh, enraged, orders her to leave and shoves her. Rajat rushes forward, catching Bhagyasree, and confronts Harsh, furiously asking how he could push his mother. Harsh, undeterred, threatens to expose Rajat’s secrets, but Rajat remains calm. He pulls out the DNA report and challenges Harsh to read it. When Harsh refuses, Rajat reads it aloud himself, delivering a decisive response and silencing his opponent.
