Full Written Update:Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 18/3/2024 Episode Start with Ishaan asks Savi to think twice before speaking. Savi tells Ishaan that she knows what Mukul means to them and says she wouldn’t have spoken if she didn’t know something was wrong. Ishaan says that Savi has misunderstood Mukul. Ishaan defends Mukul saying that he cannot do such a thing. Savi tells Ishaan that since Mukul came here, Anvi is not feeling well. Savi says Anvi is showing symptoms of panic psychosis and says she understands all these dangers. Savi tells Ishaan not to trust her and asks Ishaan to talk to Anvi himself and say if he is one percent right then it is his duty as a brother to protect Anvi. Ishaan remained silent. Surekha complains that Savi and Ishaan are leaving in between. Savi comes to Surekha. Surekha asks Savi where is Ishaan.
Savi says Ishaan is talking to Anvi. Surekha hearing this decides to go and look for Ishaan. Mukul stops Ashmita and says that they can prepare a surprise for them. Reeva asks everyone in the family to eat as Ishaan will join them soon. Mukul went to make a call. Ishaan asks Anvi if she trusts him. Anvi says yes. Ishaan asks Anvi to tell him the truth. Anvi tells Ishaan. Ishaan later sends Savi to meet him. Savi meets Mukul. Mukul asks Savi to be careful because if they act hastily, things can get worse.
Savi said that and left there. Savi comes to Ishaan and asks Ishaan if Anvi told him anything. Ishaan scolds Savi and tells Savi that exam pressure is bothering Anvi and nothing else. Savi tells the Bhosle family that Anvi needs professional help and says that Anvi should see a psychiatrist. Nishikanth gets angry as he thinks that Savi is calling Anvi crazy. Savi says he didn’t say such a thing. Nishikanth brings Anvi before the Bhosle family and asks them if they think Anvi is feeling unstable. Savi tells Nishikanth that he is causing more harm to Anvi by doing this. Savi says that Anvi will go to a psychiatrist to deal with her trauma. Yashwant asks Savi what trauma she is talking about.
