Rajat and Aman come to the court and meet the lawyer. The lawyer tells Aman and Rajat that today is the final hearing of his divorce case and says that they will also start Saisha’s custody today, so whatever they say, they will think twice. Aman and Rajat agree.
Harsh, Ashika and Saisha come to the court. Harsh and Ashika are talking to the press. Saisha sees Rajat and tries to go to him. Ashika stops Saisha from meeting Rajat.The judge comes to court. The judge opened the case.
Saisha tells her granddaughter that she would like to talk to Savi. Mrs. Parera agreed and called Savi. Saisha is talking to Savi on the phone. Saisha tells Savi that she misses him that’s why she called him. Saisha says that Ashika brought her to the court. Savi, after talking to the nanny, realizes that Ashika brought Saisha to the court, as today is Ashika and Rajat’s final hearing.
Savi asks Saisha to calm down and says that she will come to the court immediately to meet her. During the trial, Ashika’s lawyer told the judge that Ashika also wanted to arrest Saisha. Rajat’s lawyer told the judge that Ashika left Saisha when she was 6 months old and talked about it. Rajat’s lawyer also said that Ashika does not want to take care of her son Kian, so they are still putting him in a boarding school.
Rajat and Ashika are shown arguing. Ashika tells Rajat that she will take her son Kian and asks Rajat to take care of Saisha. The judge announced that Rajat and Ashika had divorced and that a decision on Saisha’s custody would be announced after 15 days and asked the government officials to investigate whether Saisha’s custody would be given. Harsh and Ashika celebrate Ashika and Rajat’s divorce. Harsh asked Mrs. Parera to take Saisha to her house and they left from there. Savi comes to the court to meet Saisha and she learns that Ashika and Harsh have gone somewhere and leaves Saisha with the girl.
Saisha sees Rajat and goes to him. Saisha asks Rajat to call her. Rajat says he will take her in 15 days and leaves from there. Savi is upset with Saisha because Rajat doesn’t see Saisha once while talking to her. Bhagyasree talks about Ashika as she wants to catch Saisha. Bhagyasree comments that there is no happiness in Rajat’s life after
Ashika left him. Bhagyasree comments and says a mother will come with Saisha’s life and she will love her more than Ashika. Bhagyasree tells her family that if Rajat does not give custody of Saisha, she will not bow down to God. Isha takes a letter from the postman. Isha, after reading it, tells Shantanu about the letter and says that Savi should not read this letter. Savi returns home. Shantanu and Isha try to hide the letter from Savi but Savi sees the letter.
