Full Written Update: Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 30/4/2024 Episode Start with Savi watches the bus from Pune to Ramtek and thinks of Sai. Savi meets a thief who tries to steal her bag. Savi beats him and sends him away.
Shikha asks Chinmay if she found Savi’s whereabouts. Chinmay said that Savi was neither in the hostel nor the hospital. Ishaan witnesses all this. Ishaan gets a call from the hospital.
Savi comes to the hospital and asks the doctor what happened. The doctor tells Savi that Harini is dragging her so they brought her here. The doctor finally tells Savi the good news that Harini will wake up soon. Savi apologizes to Harini for asking her to leave. The doctor later informs Savi about paying Harini. Savi finds that the amount is Rs 4,10,000 Savi is thinking how to repay this amount. Ishaan comes to the hospital. The doctor later talks to Ishaan about paying Harini. Ishaan says he will pay for all this. Savi tells the doctor that she will pay for Harini’s treatment and asks Ishaan not to worry about her. Savi also reminds the doctor that he is Harini’s legal guardian and therefore he has to decide what is best for Harini.
Reeva comes to Surekha and asks Surekha where is Ishaan. Surekha says she can stay in her room. Reeva tells Surekha that Ishaan did not sleep all night and she was looking after Ishaan but she fell asleep and when she woke up Ishaan was not in her room and said that Ishaan’s car was also not at home. Surekha thinks about Ishaan and talks bad about Savi. Anvi hears it. Anvi asks Surekha how can she say bad things about Savi after what she did to their family. Surekha says Savi and tells Anvi that Ishaan also did a lot for Savi and reminds Anvi what Ishaan did to Savi. Surekha says Savi should be grateful to Ishaan and not the other way around.
Ishaan tries to convince Savi to pay for Harini’s treatment, but Savi argues with Ishaan and refuses to let him pay for the treatment. Surekha asks the maid to throw away Savi’s books and clothes from this house and burn them. Reeva asks Surekha what she is doing. Surekha tells Reeva that she will be strong to get Ishaan back and says she will.
Savi asks Harini to recover and says she doesn’t need anyone’s help to fulfill her dream and says she can do it alone. Ishaan returns home. Surekha and Reeva ask Ishaan where he went. Ishaan says he went to the hospital to see Ishaan when he called her. Surekha says Savi would have made the hospital call her to pay the bill and details about Savi.
