Savi urges Tapsee to reveal the name of the person who assaulted her in Canada. Jigar becomes visibly uncomfortable when he sees Tapsee. Tara also encourages Tapsee to speak up. Jigar, however, subtly reminds Tapsee that her mother is unwell and suggests she focus on her instead of running around in court. Savi insists that Tapsee should ensure the molester is punished. Torn, Tapsee agrees with Jigar and says she should prioritize her mother for now before leaving.
Mrunmayi confronts Aman and Ahana about their presence in her home. Ahana casually tells Mrunmayi that she’s the new paying guest and admires the house, assuring her that Aman isn’t the playboy she thought he was, but actually quite helpful. Ahana goes to explore the house, leaving Mrunmayi furious. She lashes out at Aman for bringing his girlfriend to stay in their home without consulting her. Aman tries to explain, saying it was Rajat’s idea, and he didn’t even know Ahana would be staying at their place. Ahana then asks Aman to show her to her room, and he obliges, helping her with her luggage.
Rajat bumps into Saisha and tries to use Savi’s clothes as an excuse to engage in conversation, pretending to be concerned. Saisha eventually leaves, and Rajat’s façade drops as he tosses Savi’s clothes aside. Savi observes that Rajat seems clueless about how to bond with Saisha.
Later, Rajat finds Saisha drinking milk and Bhagyasree sipping bitter gourd juice. He chats with Saisha, asking if she wants ice cream. Saisha says her favorite is the same as Savi’s. Rajat leaves to get ice cream and calls Savi to ask what her favorite flavor is, as Saisha wants the same. Savi sends him the details.
At the ice cream shop, Jigar questions Tapsee about why she joined Savi’s school and why she visited his house. Tapsee denies knowing it was his home, but Jigar warns her to stay away from him and his family and suggests she quit her job. Tapsee leaves, and Rajat spots Jigar with her but is too late to approach him.
Meanwhile, Isha and Shantanu return home, greeted by Ahana. Mrunmayi pulls Isha aside to inform her that Rajat is arranging Aman and Ahana’s marriage. Isha is surprised and questions how Rajat could allow Ahana to stay in their home, given Mrunmayi’s situation. Isha reassures her that she’ll handle it, and Mrunmayi agrees.
Rajat brings masala red guava ice cream for Savi and the others. Savi thanks him and offers some to Saisha, who happily agrees.
Later, Raju asks Jigar where he’s been, and Jigar claims he was on the terrace. Rajat, however, confronts him, saying he saw him outside with a girl. Tara intervenes, saying Jigar was meeting a recruiter for a job. Jigar confirms this, easing the tension.
Chitra tells Ashika that she saw Savi dancing with Rajat and speculates that Rajat may have moved on. Ashika, however, insists that Rajat married Savi only for Saisha. A nearby woman comments that it’s been a while since their marriage, and if Ashika still believes there’s no husband-wife relationship, she’s being naïve. This upsets Ashika, who storms off.
Savi later approaches Rajat, asking if he can offer Jigar a job in his company, explaining that Jigar’s self-esteem is suffering. Rajat agrees to discuss it with Aman.
Rajat then searches Saisha’s diary for the date of her speech competition but doesn’t find it. He assumes Savi has been irresponsible. However, Savi enters and informs him that the school sends updates directly to parents’ phones through a WhatsApp group and clarifies that the competition is the next day at 4 p.m.
Meanwhile, Ashika vents to Harsh, worried that people are saying Rajat has moved on with Savi. She fears losing control over Rajat, which would ruin their plans. Harsh advises her not to overthink and reassures her they need to uncover the truth about Rajat and Savi’s relationship.
The next day, Rajat arrives at Saisha’s school but is made to sit at the back to avoid disturbing other parents. Saisha gives a heartfelt speech about her father being her best friend, and Rajat records the moment. When Saisha later asks Savi why Rajat wasn’t there, Savi reassures her that he was, but had to sit in the back and left early for work. Rajat, eager to prove he’s better than Savi in Saisha’s eyes, plans a surprise for her, only to find out Savi has already taken her home.
Frustrated, Rajat believes Savi is turning Saisha against him. Upon returning home, Savi finds Mrunmayi leaving and asks where she’s going. Mrunmayi vents about Rajat allowing Ahana to stay in their home and then leaves.
Rajat confronts Savi, accusing her of taking Saisha away from the school and trying to turn her against him. He insists he was present at the competition and was planning to surprise Saisha. Savi criticizes his thinking, and their argument escalates to Rajat sending Ahana to stay at the Bhosle house. Rajat questions whether he needs Savi’s permission for his decisions. In a heated moment, Rajat suddenly hugs Savi and confesses, “I love you.” Ashika, watching from her car, witnesses the entire scene.
