Meghla pleads with Ranbir not to tell her parents about her run-in with the goons, fearing her mother’s reaction since she had already been forbidden from roaming around alone. Ranbir agrees, but with one condition: Meghla must sing an exclusive song for him. Meghla is shocked by the request, but Ranbir manipulates her into agreeing. He then teases her about the goons possibly returning, which makes Meghla anxious, but Ranbir just laughs it off. He takes her to the resort on his motorbike, and along the way, Meghla shares her worries about her parents and Adrija. Ranbir reassures her.
Meanwhile, Mahua notices Meghla and Ranbir arriving on the motorbike and informs Chandan and Adrija. Adrija is stunned to see Meghla with Ranbir and wonders what they are doing together. She reveals to her parents that Ranbir is none other than her friend Nimrit’s brother. As Ranbir drops Meghla off, her parents scold her for being out with him. Feeling cornered, Meghla struggles to explain herself, but Ranbir steps in and takes responsibility, saying he was the one who brought Meghla to enjoy nature. Chandan expresses his concern for Meghla, while Adrija is left puzzled, wondering why Meghla is with a handsome man like Ranbir. She mentions to Ranbir that Nimrit had told her about his trip but didn’t know he had chosen Darjeeling. Ranbir smiles, adding to the intrigue.
At the Bajwa house, Mehar is doing Diljot’s hair, but Diljot is more interested in talking to her doll, much to the sadness of the family. Diljot refuses to go to her room, even threatening the family members. Balveer tries to get her to listen, and his wife attempts to persuade her, but Diljot remains stubborn.
Back with Meghla, Ranbir introduces himself to her parents, apologizing for taking her out without informing them. He lies, saying that he wanted Meghla to enjoy the natural beauty of Darjeeling. He then mentions that he’s in town for the mask festival, and Meghla’s parents reveal they are also there for the same event. Mahua introduces Adrija to Ranbir, and he acknowledges her, complimenting Adrija on her studies, which makes both Adrija and Mahua happy. Ranbir adds that Meghla had told him all about Adrija, a statement that leaves Meghla suspicious of Ranbir’s smooth talking.
Chandan tells Ranbir that Meghla is a very talented singer and loves Adrija deeply. Ranbir pretends to be surprised that Meghla hadn’t told him about her singing talent, playfully scolding her for keeping it a secret. Meghla internally notes how easily Ranbir lies. He then jokingly insists that he won’t leave Darjeeling until Meghla sings for him. Mahua, meanwhile, quietly wishes for Ranbir and Adrija to marry.
As Ranbir prepares to leave, Adrija puts on an act and requests to ride with him on his motorbike, to which he agrees. Mahua is delighted, while Adrija silently thinks to herself that it’s she, not Meghla, who deserves to be with Ranbir. Meghla, observing them, can’t help but think that Ranbir and Adrija are a perfect match.
