Jagriti gazes at the stars, feeling as though she’s conversing with her mother. She complains to her mother about being locked up by Nanda for releasing the birds and worries about Harish, knowing she’s trapped and unsure how to earn ₹100.
Bindi attempts to bring food to Jagriti, but Mangala intervenes, insisting that Jagriti must learn to obey Durjan and Nanda. Despite Bindi’s pleas to let her take food to Jagriti, Mangala remains firm, saying this situation arose because Jagriti isn’t a Chitta, and if Bindi had raised her properly, they wouldn’t be in this predicament.
As the cold weather sends chills through her, Jagriti spots a snake and becomes frightened. Kachori arrives just in time to chase the snake away and brings food for Jagriti. Grateful, Jagriti thanks Kachori for her timely rescue.
However, Kachori’s brother stops her from giving food to Jagriti and pulls her away. Bindi tries to offer Jagriti a blanket, but Mangala disallows it and takes her away instead.
Kachori’s brother shows Jagriti that they’ve caught a rabbit, taunting her that they plan to eat it, and there’s nothing she can do to stop them.
The following day, Jagriti notices the birds nearby. She makes a sound to guide them into a cage, apologizing to them for her actions. She realizes that to save others, she must first escape her own cage. Jagriti promises the birds that she will free them one day, but first, she needs to earn money and put a stop to the Chitta people hunting animals in the jungle.
Seeing all the birds captured, the Chitta people announce that Jagriti has completed Nanda’s challenge and urge Nanda to open the cage. Durjan asks Nanda to release Jagriti since she has fulfilled the challenge by capturing the birds. Nanda agrees, allowing Jagriti to step out of the cage. Jagriti reassures the birds that she will set them free one day.
Later, Jagriti has a conversation with her father, Harish, who asks her how she managed to escape the cage. Jagriti explains that she listened to Nanda and successfully captured the birds.
