Aditya learns that Jhanak is not pregnant but has a tumor, which led to the initial misunderstanding. The doctor insists that the tumor needs to be removed urgently and informs Aditya that a family member must sign the consent form for the treatment to proceed. Aditya agrees to the surgery and inquires about the recovery time. The doctor assures him that while the situation is serious, they will provide the best possible care. Aditya asks the doctor to arrange the best treatment for Jhanak, who is very important to him.
Meanwhile, Aniruddh returns home after attending Lalan’s reception for Appu. Arshi inquires about the event, and Aniruddh becomes upset when she reveals she did not attend, as he had expected her to. This leads to an argument about Jhanak and the illegal relationship he has with her. Arshi blames Aniruddh for their troubled relationship, accusing him of being influenced by an outsider.
Arshi requests Aniruddh to accompany her to Dubai for a dance program, but despite her enthusiasm, he refuses to go. Arshi becomes increasingly angry at Jhanak, criticizing her character and expressing her disdain for those close to Aniruddh who support Jhanak. Aniruddh feels uncomfortable with Arshi’s harsh criticisms and warns that their marriage might not survive if her behavior continues.
Later, Aditya visits Jhanak in her hospital room and is deeply moved by her condition. Overwhelmed with emotion, Jhanak fears for her life and expresses her distress about the upcoming operation. Aditya is unable to hide his feelings and tries to comfort her. Jhanak asks him to contact Aniruddh before the surgery, wanting him to be aware of the outcome. Despite the fact that Aniruddh has distanced himself from her, Jhanak still considers him her husband and believes he hasn’t forgotten their past.
Aditya promises to inform Aniruddh. Jhanak notices Aditya’s caring demeanor and asks him to extend a hand of friendship. Aditya takes her hand and vows to support her and their relationship as long as he lives.
