Ajanta is confused about the whole matter. Ever since the police arrested Lalan and called him on his wedding day, Ajanta and Bablu Hill have been desperate for canceling their daughter’s wedding. Tanuja and Shubha criticize the behavior of Lalan who is said to be involved in many crimes. But Appu’s parents did not believe that Lalan could do such a thing. They decided to stay at the police station.
Meanwhile, Jhanak raises his voice and assures him that he will prove his innocence to Lalan in a few hours. He challenges Tanuja to prove that there is nothing wrong with Lalan’s character. Appu burst into tears after losing his love on the wedding day. He is advised to stay strong until he brings justice to Lalan. Villagers from Lalan area also started protesting when they reached the police station. When they brought Lalan to the police station, they started questioning him about the latest incident. He has repeatedly denied having committed any crime with anyone. On the other hand, the residents of this small house are starting to complain.
When they reached the police station, Jhanak started acting against the police. Lalan’s mother admits that his father is a great lawyer. He is a popular man in society. Somehow, one of his best friends betrayed him and he fell. Anuradha’s words scare Shubha but she doesn’t tell anyone about the truth.
Shubh decides to talk to the police alone but Janak is suspicious and forbids him to go with the police. Jhanak and other family members enter the police station to get justice for Lalan. Jhannak started talking to the inspector about all this matter. He assures Lalan that he is completely innocent and not involved in any anti-social activities. Everyone asks the officer to let him go, otherwise his marriage will be rejected. Anuradha also mentioned her late husband’s much talked about name. Suddenly, the policeman starts playing Shubho’s call recording and the policeman promises to help him. The call recording reveals all the hypocrisy of Shubha who deliberately planned to break Appu and Lalan’s marriage.
