Mera Balam Thanedaar delivers a mix of emotions, heartbreak and amazing encounters. The story starts with Bulbul expressing her concern to Veer about the wound she got. He was very saddened by this situation, afraid that he would not understand his pain. In response, Veer, in an attempt to comfort her, reveals his own bubble to her and explains the story behind it. He assured him that these scars are like a reward for those who serve in the police. Bulbul is deeply moved by this gesture, and she breaks down when Veer kisses her, feeling his sincerity. Veer vows to do whatever it takes to see her innocent smile again.
Later in the day, Veer is seen rushing to tell Vaani that his brothers are waiting for him. In a touching moment, Vaani ties Rakhi to her brothers, Vishesh and Vaayu, and collects her gifts. However, she could not hide her disappointment from Veer. He was wondering why he didn’t take her to see Bulbul in the hospital. He even brought some special Rakhis for this. Sulakshana, trying to protect Vaani, insists that going to the hospital is not safe. Despite this, Vaani remains faithful and Veer, realizing her determination, promises Sulakshana that he will take care of her. He assures Sulakshana that he will ensure that nothing triggers painful memories in Vaani.
The family later went to the hospital. When they arrive, Vaani asks for chocolate, a request Sulakshana initially tries to refuse. However, Vaani remains faithful and Veer finally asks Vaayu to accompany him to the restaurant to buy the chocolates. Meanwhile, Veer meets Bulbul. He jokingly asks her where her Rakhi is, and explains that Vaani insisted that they tie Rakhi in the hospital. The nurse arrived just in time to take Bulbul for the MRI. Veer, seeing Bulbul’s nervousness, tells her that he knows she is scared. He promises her that he will be with her and support her, which makes Bulbul smile. Meanwhile, Vaani sees Dr Jain, a face she instantly recognizes and calls him ‘Sidhu’. Overwhelmed with joy, he hugged her tightly, which Bulbul did not see. However, Veer was very interested to see what was happening. Dr. Jain quickly leaves the place, leaving Vaani heartbroken. Despite Vaayu’s efforts to console her, Vaani could not hold back her tears. Veer, seeing her suffering, scolds Vaayu for leaving her alone.
Vaani is determined to see Dr. Another Jain, despite Sulakshana’s warning that looking back on the past will bring him pain. Dr. Jain looks forward to this unexpected meeting. He never thought that he and Vaani would cross paths in such a situation. As he remembered what they had done in the past, he was filled with sorrow. Veer tries his best to comfort Vaani, but her decision to meet Dr. Jain. Despite the chaos, Vaani manages to tie Rakhi to Bulbul, before collapsing again. When Bulbul sees Vaani’s suffering, she gently convinces her to return home, though she can’t be sure of Dr.’s feelings.
Jain is in it. Later, Veer confides in Bulbul, revealing that Dr. Jain is the reason for Vaani’s current situation. He explained that Vaani loved Dr Jain very much, but left her to pursue her dream of becoming a doctor. She realizes that Dr. Jain brought her because of Vaani. He began to understand why Dr. Jain tried to hide from Sulakshana, who worshiped him as a god. To Bulbul, he was not just a traitor, a man who caused unimaginable pain to his beloved.
