He wonders if he misses Preeta as he misses her too.On the other hand, Srishti asks Preeta what is the last thought. Preeta tells her that Karan is nothing but she always thinks about him. He said that he did not understand why this was done to him. Srishti thinks that Karan is Preeta’s husband, so Preeta thinks about him.
