Krishna humbly apologizes to Yashodha, pleading for her forgiveness one last time and promising not to repeat his mistake. Yashodha, still upset, refuses to forgive him and storms inside the house. Lakshmi, observing the scene, remarks to Narayan about Krishna’s mischievous ways and his efforts to win back his mother’s affection. Narayan, smiling, says that while Krishna is playful, his mother means everything to him, and he would do anything to bring back her smile. Lakshmi praises Krishna’s devotion.
Krishna approaches a statue of Narayan, touching it and declaring that he won’t speak until his mother smiles again. Overhearing this, Yashodha rushes to him, scolding him for such behavior. She tells him that she lives to hear his voice and cannot bear to see him silent. Overcome with emotion, she forgives him and hugs him tightly. Gopika and Nandan, witnessing this tender moment, are filled with joy. Yashodha then lovingly tells Krishna that she will feed him the butter she made at home, and Krishna requests roti to go along with it. Yashodha embraces him warmly.
Nandan, however, is troubled, thinking about how deeply Yashodha is attached to Krishna, unaware that one day he will leave her. He wonders how she will cope with that. Krishna, sensing his thoughts, assures Yashodha that he will never leave her. Gopika remarks that Krishna is the very happiness of Gokulam. Yashodha leaves to prepare the roti for Krishna, and Nandan tells Gopika that Yashodha has softened completely and will no longer punish Krishna. Balram, curious, asks how Krishna has become so strong, even able to knock down two giant trees. Krishna humorously replies that all his strength comes from the butter his mother makes. He adds that he’s been eating butter from every house in Vrindavan. Balram laughs and agrees.
Meanwhile, the demon Shankasura disguises himself as a bullock cart to attack Krishna. Yashodha, while cooking, is lost in thought, recalling Nandan’s words about Krishna not being an ordinary child and how he is destined to rule Gokul. She also remembers how Krishna defeated demons like Purana and freed Ashwin Kumar from their curse. Curious, she asks Nandan if he’s hiding anything from her, and though Nandan initially tries to avoid the topic, he eventually admits that even he is amazed by Krishna’s extraordinary abilities. He believes the pandit’s prophecy that Krishna will one day rule the cosmos. Yashodha smiles at this revelation.
As Shankasura attempts to attack, Krishna laughs at the demon’s threat. Shankasura demands that Krishna stop laughing and warns that he will drag him to Madura. Krishna, unfazed, challenges him, saying he can throw him far away with ease. As the demon tries to overpower him, Krishna plays with him effortlessly. Meanwhile, Nandan notices the roti burning and alerts Yashodha, but she is too focused on her conversation to care. Nandan reassures her that he isn’t hiding anything, and they both marvel at Krishna’s divine nature.
Finally, tired of the game, Krishna tells Shankasura to leave before his mother notices, as he doesn’t want to cause her more trouble. With a mighty throw, Krishna hurls Shankasura far away. Just then, Yashodha appears and asks what’s going on, but Krishna, worried about being caught, tries to act innocent. Shankasura lands in front of Kamsa, gasping his last breath. He warns Kamsa not to underestimate Krishna, calling him more powerful than anyone, but Kamsa, still defiant, dismisses his warning as Shankasura dies.
