Sulekha criticizes Vaiju for making decisions without consulting Rannvijay. She rebukes her, reminding Vaiju of Jaikant and questioning her authority, especially since Rannvijay was ill. The family members defend Vaiju and urge Sulekha to calm down. Nagraj suggests that Vaiju must have had a valid reason for her actions. Jaikant shares that he took responsibility at the mill and found Vaiju giving orders. Vaiju explains she was only trying to help. Sulekha insists that Vaiju should stick to the fields and stay out of the mill.
Sulekha accuses Vaiju of trying to dominate both at home and at the mill, blaming her for attempting to take Jaikant’s place. She warns Vaiju that she will never allow anyone to usurp Jaikant’s position. Vasundhara intervenes, suggesting that since it is a festival day, Sulekha should calm down. Meanwhile, Rannvijay discusses his vision for Jaya Sugars with investors, aiming to make the brand well-known. Jaya, overhearing the conversation, feels pleased. The investors suggest choosing someone familiar with the mill rather than a model. Rannvijay agrees and mentions that the model should have a deep understanding of the mill. Jaya wonders if Rannvijay is considering her for the role, especially since he named the mill after her.
Sulekha again taunts Vaiju, noting that Rannvijay hasn’t been home for Ganapati and accusing Vaiju of staying at the house indefinitely under the pretext of looking after Jaya. She questions why Vaiju remains there and demands to know her reason for staying. Rannvijay overhears the conversation. Vaiju reflects on Sulekha’s comments, realizing that staying at Moide Patel’s home solely because of Rannvijay’s responsibility may not be sufficient. Jaya video calls Kaveri to discuss the possibility of being a model for Jaya Sugars. Kaveri is confident that Rannvijay will choose Jaya for the role. They pick out sarees together for the potential shoot.
The next morning, Rannvijay asks Jaya to come to the mill for an important task. At the mill, he informs Vaiju that he needs her help for the shoot and wants her to be the face of the mill. Vaiju is surprised and questions if he is serious. Rannvijay explains that he wants to prove Sulekha wrong and show Vaiju’s worth. Vaiju expresses her nervousness about acting and being on camera. Jaya arrives at the mill, ready for the shoot.
Rannvijay introduces Vaiju to the director as the chosen model for the advertisement. Jaya, who has just arrived, feels hurt by the situation. The director praises Vaiju as the perfect choice for the ad, leaving Jaya heartbroken. Vaiju requests to back out of the shoot, but Rannvijay asks Jaya to help convince Vaiju that she is ideal for the role. As Vaiju begins the shoot, Jaya’s heartbreak deepens, and she and Rannvijay end up in a heated argument when he finds her crying.
