Rannvijay urges Vaiju to remarry, but Vaiju reminds him that she is already married. Rannvijay counters that her marriage was illegal and that she deserves a better life. He tells her not to feel obligated to consider him her husband just because of some forced rituals. Hurt and in tears, Vaiju says she never asked him to accept her again, and by saying this, he is insulting her feelings. Rannvijay insists that he isn’t disrespecting her but wants her to move on and not ruin her life. Vaiju responds that she will carve out her own path, and she will do it alone.
Vaiju tells Rannvijay that she has never demanded her rights as his wife and never will. She promises that she will stay out of his and Jaya’s happiness. Rannvijay, visibly emotional, asks her what about her own happiness. Vaiju replies that she is a farmer who knows how to cultivate crops on barren land, and she will find a way to survive on her own. Rannvijay is moved. Vaiju assures him that she will always keep her promise and places her hand on his, declaring that no one else will ever take his place in her life.
As Vaiju walks away, Rannvijay wipes his tears. Meanwhile, Jaya is lost in thought, recalling Sulekha’s taunts about Vaiju and Rannvijay’s closeness. She remembers confronting Rannvijay and becomes emotional. Rannvijay approaches, but Jaya tries to avoid him by saying she will get food for him. Rannvijay, however, acknowledges that it was a special day for her. Jaya, feeling guilty, admits that she shouldn’t have let Sulekha’s words influence her and blames herself for ruining the day. Rannvijay consoles her, while Vaiju decides that, if this is what Rannvijay wants, she will leave his life for good.
Vaiju holds the saree Rannvijay had gifted her and cries as the song Humari Adhuri Kahani plays in the background. She remembers meeting Rannvijay for the first time and their forced marriage in Jhumri Patan. She thinks about how he brought her home, helped her, and supported her through tough times. Packing her bags, Vaiju reminisces about all the moments she spent with Rannvijay, including how he saved her and encouraged her. She recalls his words about not coming between him and Jaya, and she makes up her mind to leave.
Meanwhile, Jaya reassures Rannvijay that she completely trusts him and their relationship, which she believes is unbreakable, even if challenged by fate. Rannvijay hugs her, promising that he will never let her down. He vows to celebrate their love for the next seven years, and they reaffirm their feelings for each other. As this happens, Vaiju prepares to leave the house for good, deciding that it’s time to close this chapter of her life and walk away.
