Navjot introduces herself to Megha, urging her not to forget her name before walking away. Goldie asks Megha who Navjot is and why she mentioned Arjun. Surendar suggests that Megha call Arjun to inquire about Navjot. Megha insists that it’s Arjun who needs to explain and rides off on her scooter.
Meanwhile, K.P. Talwar questions Arjun about his next steps and how he plans to face the committee. He warns that admitting to lying in the Georgia court could cost Arjun his job and wonders how he will advocate for other girls if he loses his position. He concludes by saying they will discuss this further at home before leaving.
Megha arrives at Arjun’s house and accidentally bumps into his mother, causing her to drop a plate of laddus. Megha apologizes, but Arjun’s mother demands to know how Megha got inside. When Megha explains she wants to see Arjun, his mother recognizes her and accuses her of being the reason Arjun lied. Megha asks if Arjun’s mother has confronted him about this. His mother chastises Megha for involving herself with Arjun when she is married and questions whether her parents are aware of her presence there. Megha insists she will leave after speaking with Arjun.
Navjot then confronts Megha, grabbing her hair and scolding her for being there. Arjun’s mother tells Navjot to let Megha go, but Navjot pushes Megha, prompting Arjun to intervene and hold Megha. He questions Navjot’s behavior towards Megha and apologizes to her. Navjot retorts, asking if Arjun couldn’t find another woman. K.P. Talwar steps in, telling Navjot he will handle the situation while Megha decides to leave.
Arjun follows Megha and explains that Navjot’s attitude is typical. He mentions that people like Navjot helped Manoj succeed, and because he went directly to headquarters, he couldn’t explain everything to his family.
Megha tells Arjun that they won’t see each other again. Arjun asks if she doesn’t know him, reminding her that they’re friends. Megha recounts Navjot’s behavior in her home, expressing that she values their friendship but doesn’t want Arjun to suffer because of her issues. She declares that she will fight her battles alone and walks away.
Arjun scolds Navjot for disrespecting Megha, but K.P. Talwar advises him to lower his voice. Navjot feigns innocence, asking what she did wrong and even challenges Arjun to hit her. He tells her to stop the theatrics. Navjot retorts that Arjun’s image has been tarnished because of Megha, so she’ll do whatever it takes to protect him. K.P. Talwar then sends Arjun inside. Navjot reveals to K.P. Talwar that Arjun gave his locket to Megha, leading him to remark that only Megha can save Arjun’s job. As Arjun recalls Megha’s words, she reflects on Navjot’s confrontation.
