Subhan agrees to hear Farhan’s confession at the hospital, but with one condition: if Farhan’s confession turns out to be false, the entire family must disown Ibaadat as a family member, meaning she won’t be able to stay in the house anymore. Mannat is anxious about Subhan going to the hospital, fearing that her conspiracies will be revealed.
One by one, most of the family members arrive at the hospital where Farhan is admitted. Ibaadat pleads with Farhan to tell Subhan the truth so everyone will know what really happened. However, Farhan struggles to find the words and tragically loses consciousness before he can confess. The doctor informs them that the patient’s condition is critical and advises against disturbing him. Kayanat and Mannat pray for Farhan’s life, but ultimately, the doctor announces that he has passed away.
Ibaadat, feeling helpless, asks the doctor how Farhan’s condition deteriorated so rapidly. Mannat blames Ibaadat for Farhan’s death, claiming he was the last witness to her schemes. Subhan begins to suspect that Ibaadat has been playing games with him to prevent him from marrying Mannat that night. As a result, he becomes even more determined to marry Mannat. Together, Subhan and Mannat leave the hospital, while Ibaadat breaks down in tears, unable to expose Mannat’s hypocrisy. Dua and Hamida vow to support Ibaadat until the end. Suddenly, Dua spots someone who resembles Ghazal, but Hamida warns her not to dwell on it, reminding her that Ghazal died twenty-two years ago.
Sufi repeatedly tries to reach Kasaf, but she refuses to speak with him. She has misinterpreted Sufi’s family issues and wants nothing to do with him, believing he comes from a troubled family. Kasaf firmly states that she no longer wants any relationship with Sufi.
After a few hours, the wedding rituals commence again. The priest asks the bride and groom if they accept each other, and both Mannat and Subhan affirm their commitment. Suddenly, Ibaadat interrupts the ceremony, reminding everyone that Subhan is still legally married to her, making him unable to marry another woman. Despite Subhan and Mannat rejecting her claims, Ibaadat angrily accuses Subhan of engaging in illegal actions and challenges him, declaring that she won’t allow him to marry Mannat. The priest ultimately announces that their marriage cannot be legally recognized under the current circumstances.
