Mushkasur tells Ganesh that, due to his boon, he cannot be killed with weapons, and vows to kill both Ganesh and Rishivar that day. Ganesh laughs, and the Jai Ganesha song plays in the background. Rishivar, observing Ganesh’s reaction, wonders if Ganesh is overcome with fear and prays to Lord Shiv for their safety.
On Mount Kailash, Lord Shiv smiles at the scene unfolding. Devi Parvati questions how he can smile when Ganesh’s life is at risk. Lord Shiv reassures her, saying that Ganesh’s actions will be entertaining to watch. Devi Parvati is puzzled by his response.
Ganesh and Mushkasur continue to laugh, but Ganesh declares that Mushkasur’s end has begun. He removes his teeth and tells Mushkasur that while they are not weapons, he can still use them as such. Ganesh attacks Mushkasur, causing him to fall. Unable to stand, Mushkasur transforms into a rat and tries to escape. Ganesh stops him, insisting that Mushkasur cannot leave without apologizing to Rishivar. He drags Mushkasur to Rishivar.
Mushkasur apologizes to Rishivar, who forgives him. He then apologizes to Ganesh as well and promises to follow the right path from now on. Ganesh forgives him, and Mushkasur leaves. Ganesh recalls his departure from Kailash to find his vahan (vehicle) and asks Mushkasur to stop and become his vahan. He explains that since weapons cannot harm Mushkasur, he will be safe, though he will have to bear Ganesh’s weight. Both Lord Shiv and Devi Parvati smile.
Ganesh asks Mushkasur if he is willing to become his vahan. Mushkasur hesitates but ultimately agrees, kneeling before Ganesh and expressing that his sins will be redeemed by serving as Ganesh’s vahan. Ganesh is pleased and dances with joy, inquiring if Mushkasur will back out in the future. Mushkasur, honored by the opportunity, says that despite rats being looked down upon, he feels blessed to serve Ganesh. Ganesh assures Mushkasur that they will always be connected. Mushkasur, now a rat, and Ganesh head back to Kailash.
Devi Parvati praises Ganesh for his compassionate nature. Lord Shiv remarks that Ganesh does not discriminate between beings. Narad arrives with the Devtas, who have doubts and seek answers. Chandradev, Lord Narayan, and Brahmadev also join them. Ganesh, now on Mushkasur, arrives happily and announces that he has found his vahan. Lord Shiv smiles at the scene.
