Shalaka notices that Moksh has placed a flower in his car and wonders how she will get inside. Using her powers, she halts the car’s movement and causes Moksh to crash.
Moksh loses consciousness. Maha Asur then asks Nishiganda if she will become his slave. Nishiganda agrees but insists that she must first give a magical girdle to Rachana to ensure her recovery. She promises to return to Maha Asur afterward. Maha Asur warns her that if she does not return by sunset, the girdle will lose its power, potentially harming Rachana and the baby. Nishiganda agrees and leaves.
Shalaka plans to reveal herself to Moksh as Deeya but is preceded by Nishiganda, who arrives and saves Moksh. Shalaka realizes that Maha Asur has allowed Nishiganda to leave the Chakravyuh and departs.
Nishiganda senses an evil presence and uses her powers to scan the area but finds nothing. She heals Moksh and asks what happened. Moksh explains he was in an accident and could only think of her. Moved by his words, Nishiganda hugs him, although Moksh later tries to downplay his sentiments. Nishiganda then explains that she can now heal Rachana and the baby with the magical girdle and asks for Moksh’s trust. Moksh expresses doubt, reminding her of the harm she caused Rachana before.
Shalaka confronts Maha Asur, questioning why he allowed Nishiganda to leave the Chakravyuh. Maha Asur explains that Nishiganda agreed to be his slave to save Rachana and the baby. Once she returns, he will punish her for her betrayal. Shalaka, satisfied, comments that Nishiganda is out of her way for good.
Nishiganda considers leaving Moksh after healing Rachana and the baby and hints at her impending departure during a conversation with him.
Moksh visits the hospital and learns that Rachana is still in critical condition. Manish blames Moksh for bringing Nishiganda to the party, which led to Rachana’s harm. Nishiganda then freezes everyone present. Moksh watches as Nishiganda enters Rachana’s room and uses the magical girdle to heal both Rachana and her unborn child. After completing the healing, Nishiganda leaves. Later, a nurse informs Moksh’s family that Rachana has recovered, though she does not know how. Moksh sets out to find Nishiganda.
Meanwhile, Shalaka witnesses a man proposing to a woman and becomes envious of their love, something she has never experienced. In her rage, she kills both of them.
Moksh eventually finds Nishiganda and asks why she is trying to leave him. Nishiganda inquires if he has forgiven her now that she has healed Rachana and the baby. Moksh admits he is unsure but feels a strong desire to speak with her. Nishiganda spends her final moments with Moksh, knowing this will be their last time together before she becomes Maha Asur’s slave. She asks him to look at the sky when he thinks of her, telling him that if the sky is clear, he should believe she is fine, but if it rains, he should know she is crying. She then says goodbye and leaves.
Josna approaches Moksh and reveals that if Rachana is alive, it is due to their daughter-in-law. Moksh assumes Josna is referring to Nishiganda but is shocked when Josna mentions that Deeya has returned. At that moment, Shalaka arrives and hugs Moksh.
