Suman notices a stranger collapsed on the road, with his daughter desperately calling for help. She immediately stops the truck and rushes over to assist. The daughter explains that her father fainted suddenly. Suman and Rishi both help him, but Suman notices something strange—a truck passes by, and the man abruptly wakes up and walks away without any sign of injury. Confused, Suman feels something is off, but Rishi reminds her they’re already running late for the engagement.
Meanwhile, at the venue, Geethanjali asks the priest to check the horoscope for an auspicious time. However, Devika interrupts, saying there’s no need since Chandrakant believes in hard work, not fate. The priest still provides a specific time for the engagement, and Devika silently plots to control the family after her sister marries Teerth.
Teerth, preparing nervously for his engagement, begins to sweat as his mother’s words echo in his mind. Just then, Rishi calls to apologize for being late and notices Teerth’s anxiety. Sensing his friend’s doubt, Rishi asks if Teerth is second-guessing his decision to marry Kritika. Teerth insists he’s made the right choice, recalling his sister’s advice that God will guide them. Rishi tells him they’re almost there.
Elsewhere, Malini informs Suman that she’s on her way. Suman urges her to hurry, explaining that their truck had a flat tire. Malini grows suspicious upon hearing the location and checks the food in the truck—only to discover it’s missing. Alarmed, Rishi updates Teerth about the missing food, and soon after, the priest tells Devika it’s time to bring Teerth. Akhil goes to fetch him but returns to inform everyone that Teerth isn’t in his room. Chandrakant scolds Geethanjali, blaming her for not raising Teerth properly.
Meanwhile, Teerth arrives to help Suman, who angrily punches the van in frustration. Teerth leaves to fetch a first aid kit for her injured hand. At the same time, a servant informs Devika that Teerth exited through the back door, raising suspicions that he might have run away. Teerth returns to dress Suman’s injured finger, and Rishi realizes they’re running out of time for the ceremony. He feels that divine intervention might be at play.
Devika, growing frustrated, confronts Teerth, asking why he’s there instead of attending his engagement. When he explains that the food is missing, Devika accuses Suman of lying, claiming she never brought the food and only wants money. She demands that Suman take responsibility and not run away from her duties. Despite Suman’s pleas to prove her innocence, Devika insults her and orders food from an outside caterer, determined not to let this situation tarnish her family’s reputation. Dragging Teerth away, Devika pressures the priest into fabricating another auspicious time for the engagement by bribing him.
Suman, however, remains suspicious. She tells Rishi that something doesn’t add up. It took them hours to prepare the food, so how could the caterers deliver it in just 30 minutes? She suspects foul play, believing her food will still be delivered.
