Renuka hands Sachin two gold bangles, asking him to sell them to raise money for Paresh’s treatment. Tejas and Roshni offer to contribute their belongings as well, but Sachin refuses, explaining that he has already sold his car. He leaves to arrange the funds. Shortly after, Akash arrives at the hospital, hoping to see Paresh, but the family denies him entry to the cabin. Sachin is furious at Akash’s presence and orders him to leave immediately.
Akash pleads with his family, begging to visit Paresh just once, but they refuse to allow him near. The family holds Akash responsible for Paresh’s suffering, believing that Paresh’s condition is due to him. Sachin, overcome with anger, nearly strikes Akash but is stopped by Tejas, who urges him to remain patient. Feeling blamed and helpless, Akash offers to contribute money toward Paresh’s treatment, but Sachin refuses, saying he doesn’t even want Akash’s shadow near Paresh.
The entire Deshmukh family turns against Akash, pleading with him to leave. Even Renuka begs him to go. Watching from a distance, Sayali sees everything unfold and feels sympathy for Akash. She hadn’t known about Paresh’s operation and now struggles with how to enter the cabin to give Paresh the auspicious thread she brought for him. Eventually, Akash leaves, hurt by his family’s rejection. As Sachin goes to buy medicine, Renuka and Roshni head to the temple to pray for Paresh.
At the temple, Renuka breaks down, overcome with guilt. She realizes the mistakes she made, including how she mistreated Paresh and failed to understand his pain. Roshni tries to console her. Sayali, who followed them to the temple, overhears Renuka’s tearful confession. Despite her remorse, Renuka continues to blame Sayali for Paresh’s poor health. She fears that, like Akash, Sachin will never forgive her either.
After a few hours, the operation is completed successfully. The doctor reassures the family that Paresh is no longer in danger, bringing them relief. Despite the good news, Sayali still struggles to enter the cabin and give the thread to Paresh. When Paresh is transferred back to his room, Sachin and Tejas visit him, while Sayali remains outside, holding onto the thread, unsure of when she will get the chance to see him.
