Full Written Update: Yeh Hai Chahatein 20/7/2024 Episode Start with..Dadi tells Kaashvi that Karun must be in school now and they can visit him to give him a surprise. Kaashvi liked the idea. She tells Dadi that Arjun told her to wait. Dadi agrees to Kaashvi. They arrived at the school. Karun came out of school. Kaashvi sees Karun. He remembers the time he spent with her (the title song plays in the background). Karun sees Kaashvi. She approaches him and tries to touch his cheek. He tells her to leave him because he hates her.
Nitya sees this and goes to Karun. He tells Karun that no one will bother him. He told her to wait in the car. Karun ran away from there. Nitya asks Kaashvi what the latter is doing there. He said that he thought Kaashvi had gone to Delhi. Kaashvi says she decided not to go. Nitya says Kaashvi can do whatever she wants but she will stay away from Karun.
Kaashvi tells Nitya that Karun is his son so Nitya can’t order him like this. Nitya tells Kaashvi that Karun hates the latter. He tells Kaashvi that Karun tore Kaashvi’s photo and tried to burn his photo album. She says Kaashvi can’t come back in Karun and Arjun’s life and leaves from there. Kaashvi realizes that Arjun lied to her. She wondered why Arjun lied to him.
Later, nitta told Karen and he would see that Kashvi was not back to him. Arjun comes there and asks Karun about this project. Karun comes inside without saying. Nitya tells Arjun that Karun is angry because of the latter. He says Kaashvi came to school to meet Karun today. Arjun asks her how Karun reacted after seeing Kaashvi. He scolds her for still thinking about Kaashvi. She says Arjun should think about Karun, not Kaashvi.
Jagadish comes there and asks Nitya to stop him. She says Arjun and Kaashvi love each other and they can’t live without each other. He asks her why she wants to separate Arjun from Kaashvi. Nitya reminds her that Karun hates Kaashvi. Jagadish tells her that Karun is sad. She says they should find out why Karun hates Kaashvi. Nitya tells Arjun that Kaashvi can’t give him a happy life. He says that Arjun will lose Karun if he tries to find Kaashvi. He goes inside. Arjun goes to Kaashvi’s house. He apologizes to Kaashvi. Kaashvi scolds her for giving her hope. He says that nothing has changed in these months. He tells her that there is hope. He says he has a plan to make everything work. The next day, Arjun tells Karun that they will go play together. He took Karun to a counsellor. She thinks that this counselor will find out why Karun hates Kaashvi. The counselor asked Karun. Karun asks Arjun why this person brought him to the hospital.
