Jagadish asks Meera what happened. Meera replies that she feels like she has smelled something slippery. Arjun checks the stairs and finds oil. Nitya realizes that Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child and regrets trying to hurt Meera. He pretends not to know anything and asks what happened. Arjun tells everything to Nitya. Nitya asks Meera why the latter is holding her stomach. Meera tells Nitya that she is fine and can sit for puja. On the other hand, Kaashvi tells Pradyumna that she has an appointment with the doctor today. Pradyumna tells Kaashvi that he will come with her. Meanwhile, Meera tells Arjun that her stomach hurts.
Arjun asks Jagadish and Nitya to sit in the puja. He says that Meera has stomach pain, so he took her to the hospital. He left there with Meera. At the hospital, the doctor asks Kaashvi if she is ready for her first ultrasound. Pradyumna is waiting outside. Arjun sees Pradyumna. She thinks she should be with Kaashvi. He calls Pradyumna and tells him that Pradyumna has not paid his salary. Pradyumna tells Arjun that he has paid all his salary. He goes out and talks on the phone. Kaashvi is happy to see her son. Arjun also sees the child and gets emotional. Kaashvi is surprised to see Arjun there. Arjun thinks he knows that this is his son. Pradyumna comes and asks Arjun what the latter is doing there. Arjun tells Pradyumna that Kaashvi is alone, so he came to help her. Pradyumna tells Arjun that he can take care of his wife.
Kaashvi asks Arjun to take care of his wife. Arjun goes to Meera’s house. The doctor tells them that everything is fine. After some time, Nitya gives papaya to Meera. Arjun tells Meera not to eat papaya. Nitya asks Arjun if he thinks he mixed poison with papaya. Arjun tells Nitya that pregnant women should not eat papaya and Meera is pregnant. Nitya asks Arjun why he didn’t talk about this earlier. He thanked Meera and went inside. Jagadish hugs Arjun and says this is good news. He blesses Meera. Later, Kaashvi is happy to see her ultrasound report. Swati saw this. Kaashvi fell asleep. Who steals Kaashvi’s ultrasound report. Karun fell asleep.
Meera tells Arjun that her family thinks she is pregnant with his child, so they should tell the truth to her family. Arjun tells Meera not to think about her and focus on the child. He says that he wants to name Meera’s son. He also said that they will hide the truth from his family for the sake of the child.
The next day, Kaashvi realizes that her ultrasound report is missing and informs Pradyumna about it. He said that Swati would have been enough for him.
