Full Written Update:Yeh Hai Chahatein 23/2/2024 Episode Start with Kaashvi calls Sunaina and asks her to come home. She tells Sunaina that Aditya has gone to Hyderabad, so she is alone and needs help. He hangs up the call. Arjun tells Vicky that Kaashvi is alone and Aman might try to attack her. She decides to go to Aditya’s house. Vicky asks Arjun what the latter will say to Karun. Arjun tells Vicky that he gave medicine to Karun and Mahima is with Karun. She says Kaashvi wants her. Vicky nodded. Arjun tells Karun that he can’t play in the final now because he has to go to work now. He promised to come back soon and left the place. Mahima wonders if Arjun is going on a mission or something. After some time, Sunaina enters Aditya’s house.
Sushma asks Kaashvi to hire a good nurse. He asked Sunaina why the latter had come. Arjun thinks he has to do something else, he can’t protect Kaashvi. Meanwhile, Romila asks Mahima how the latter is calm. He said that the DNA test report will come this evening and the results will be the same. Mahima says she won’t hurry Kaashvi. He added that he changed the situation for his own good. Sunaina asks Sushma not to say this. He said that he will take care of his mother and siblings. He also said that he cannot feed his family without money. He admits that he made a mistake. He also said that he will appeal for money. He goes to the door.
Kaashvi asks Sushma to stop Sunaina. Sushma stops Sunaina and asks her to stop the movie. Sunaina says thank you. Sushma warns Sunaina not to take another vacation. At the hospital, Mahima tells Kaashvi not to worry as they will learn about Karun’s diagnosis. They get the news. Mahima recalls how she gave Kaashvi’s hair for DNA testing. Kaashvi asks Mahima to go to the doctor and tell her the news. Mahima tells him that she is Karun’s mother and she is obviously taking care of Karun. Kaashvi left from there. Mahima thinks that she will not let Kaashvi win.
Sushma tells Sunaina that she feels good because of the massage. He asked Sunaina to bring her mother there. Kaashvi agrees with Sushma. Later, Arjun tells Vicky that he needs his mother very well. Vicky takes Arjun to a theater to hire an actor. Everyone refuses to act at home. Arjun asks Vicky to become Sunaina’s mother. Vicky asked. But Arjun agrees with Vicky. Vicky lied to her family that she was going to Delhi.
Sunaina takes her mother Gayatri to Sushma. Kaashvi gets angry because Aditya didn’t call her. Arjun learns about it. She tells Vicky that there is something wrong with Aditya.
