Full Written Update:Yeh Hai Chahatein 24/1/2024 Episode Start with Jagdish tells Mahima that she married Arjun by cheating him but she couldn’t win Arjun’s heart because of her selfish nature. She says that Mahima never tried to spend time with Arjun because Mahima was always busy doing business in the salon. He asks her not to show him her fake tears. He tells her that Kaashvi forgot everything after seeing Arjun in this state and Mahima should learn from Kaashvi. She reveals that Arjun is with Mahima because of Karun. He warned her to change her behavior, otherwise she would lose everything. He enters.
Mahima thinks Jagdish is as crazy as Arjun. He says that he will not let Kaashvi come near Arjun after marriage. She hopes that Kaashvi and Aditya will get married as soon as possible. Karun comes there and asks Mahima where Arjun is going. He thinks it’s the perfect time. He decides to use it to separate Kaashvi from Arjun. She tells him that nothing will happen to Arjun. She says that she thinks of something bad happening to them whenever they are with Kaashvi. He adds that they should stay with Kaashvi away. He tells her that Kaashvi is a beautiful woman and Kaashvi always protects her. » It annoys him. She goes to Arjun.
Doctor says that Arjun has lost a lot of blood and they don’t have time to go to hospital or blood bank. Kaashvi tells him that she knows Arjun’s blood type. He asked her to take his blood. Karun asks Kaashvi if Arjun will be fine. Kaashvi assures Karun that Arjun will be fine. The doctor told everyone to wait outside. Everyone comes out except Kaashvi. The doctor bandaged Arjun’s wound. Kaashvi donates his blood to save Arjun (music plays in the background). Jagdish cries. Dadi tells Jagdish that nothing will happen to Arjun. Aditya supports Jagdish. Jagdish says that Aditya is a good person and he is happy that Kaashvi chose Aditya. Doctor comes and says Arjun is out of danger now. Everyone enters. Dadi asks Kaashvi to go and prepare for the engagement.
Kaashvi tells Dadi that she will not leave from there till Arjun realizes himself. Aditya leaves from there. Dadi follows Aditya and stops him. He told her that he could stop the wedding because he knew that she was upset. Aditya tells her that he knows it will be a loveless marriage. He says that he loves Kaashvi a lot and his love is enough for them. He adds that he wants to know whether Kaashvi wants to marry him or not. Arjun regains consciousness. He says nothing can happen to him until Kaashvi is there for him. Kaashvi his part. Romila takes care of Mahima from there. He says Aditya and Kaashvi’s marriage should happen at any cost.
