Krish praises Arman for proving his love for Abhira and encourages him to dance for her. Abhira, Arman, and the Poddars join in and dance to the Mehendi song, creating a festive atmosphere. Meanwhile, Manish is lost in memories of Karthik, Naira, Abhimanyu, and Akshara. Watching this, Ruhi becomes upset seeing how Manish is supporting Abhira. She stumbles upon Abhira’s medical report and realizes that Abhira’s happiness may be short-lived. Although she wants to tell Abhira about her health condition, she hesitates and instead decides to reveal the truth to Kaveri.
Ruhi pulls Arman aside to speak privately, leaving Abhira concerned about their conversation and wondering where Ruhi is taking Arman.
Arman, worried about Abhira, asks Ruhi what she wants to discuss. As he’s distracted, a vendor approaches him to buy toys, and Arman becomes momentarily excited. Ruhi, however, tells him to stop and focus. Meanwhile, Abhira, feeling uneasy, asks Krish, Charu, and Kiara about Arman and finds out that he left his phone behind, which makes her even more restless. Krish discovers that Arman and Ruhi have gone to the Shiv temple, prompting Abhira to want to go after him. Charu advises her against going out on Mehendi day, but Krish urges Charu to stop thinking negatively. Kiara suggests that Abhira shouldn’t be upset with Arman, and Abhira decides to trust him, dismissing Ruhi’s actions.
Vidya realizes that Abhira’s medical report is missing, but Manish reassures her not to worry. Meanwhile, Arman continues to press Ruhi for the reason she brought him out of the house. Ruhi finally reveals the devastating news: Abhira cannot conceive, and Arman’s dream of becoming a father is shattered because of her inability. Shocked, Arman initially refuses to believe Ruhi, suspecting that she may have tampered with the report. To confirm the truth, he cross-checks with the doctor, and Ruhi manages to convince him that the report is genuine.
Devastated, Arman decides to hide the truth from Abhira. Manisha notices that both Arman and Abhira are not at home, while Vidya and the others search for them. Ruhi continues to manipulate Arman, trying to turn him against Abhira. However, Arman refuses to let Ruhi reveal the truth and insists on keeping it a secret. Abhira senses that something is wrong and presses Arman to tell her what’s going on, but he urges her to trust him and wait for the right time. Abhira agrees to be patient.
Kaveri notices Arman and Abhira together and questions Arman, who lies, saying he went to see Abhira. Meanwhile, Manisha asks Abhira to finish her Mehendi, while Vidya confronts Arman, asking if he has seen Abhira’s report. Arman is left in shock.
